Does Munim charge any Brokerage?

No. Munim does not charge any brokerage on its Platform. By not charging any brokerage, we ensure best prices and quality is realized for our clients.

How does Munim charge me?

Consider Munim like your mobile recharge. Your service balance gets debited basis on your usage. This ensures you pay only for resources you use. One enquiry instance would cost INR 200 to execute. So a recharge of Rs.5, 000 would provide you 25 enquiries.

Does Munim service credit have an expiry?

Yes, service credit is valid for 360 calendar days. This is purely done from an accounting stand point.

How trustworthy are suppliers on Munim platform?

Dealing with outside vendor can be challenging, and we at Munim know this. We’ve tried to address following concerns:

  1. KYCed Suppliers: All suppliers who access Munim’s platform are KYC-ed before they are provided opportunity to supply to you. We provide basic KYC details that is required from your accounts and compliance team.
  2. Watertight Finances: Any money that you release to suppliers goes into an escrow account and is released only once transaction is complete.
  3. Delivery Assurance: Once a supplier wins an order, he is required to submit a reserve amount, usually 10% of the order value to ensure he delivers the goods. In case supplier fails to deliver, said reserve amount is forfeited and buyer is compensated for said loss of time.

Can I limit my orders to only my private vendor list?

Yes of-course. While sending RFQ you can select “Private” vs “Public” order. Under a Private order, only your registered vendors would have access to your requirement. However, it’s always advised to keep a “Public” order leading to better value discovery.

  • Bluechip Buyers: All buyers associated with Munim are Listed public companies or similar. A quick test of credibility would be to check number of vendors participating in the Tender process. Generally, more suppliers bidding = better market credibility of buyer
  • Airtight Finances:  Your advances and payments are safe with us. They are kept in a designated escrow account and is released once transaction is completed.

Why do I need to put up a deposit before delivery?

Earning your buyer’s trust is important for your business. To source from a non-empaneled partner exposes a buyer with many risk [Non Delivery, Delay in Delivery, Faulty Product]. To cover for such risks, every supplier is required to deposit a fraction of order value into our escrow account that is released once transaction is completed.

What is Munim Bolt? And how do I use it?

Dealing with a corporate can result into slow payment cycles Munim understands your cash flow needs and with us, as soon as your bills are accepted by Munim partner Buyer organizations, you can ask for a Cash Advance on your unpaid bills. Speak to our accounts team to know more.

What are charges to avail Munim Bolt?

As a service Munim Bolt is accessible to all. Every Order would have an approximate cost of cash advance listed on it. Bolt cost is dependent on number of days left for bill to be paid among other things.

What documents do I need to register?

Following are standard set of documents required before being allowed to fulfill any orders:

PAN Card of your Business, Cancelled Cheque in name of your Business, GST Certificate of your Business. All such documents should be uploaded in your “My Accounts” section before being allowed to proceed.
